For thrill-seekers, in summer there’s a large funfair in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, at Les Becs, 4 km from the campsite.
During your stay at Camping Ushuaïa Villages La Conge in Vendée, we suggest you take a stroll through Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Start by strolling through the shopping streets in the town center, before heading towards the embankment, passing by the fishing port and the marina. After a few minutes, you’ll see the large beach. Ideal for walking on the sand or taking up surfing during your vacation.
In case of rainy weather, you can head for the Casino or the Cinéma Ciné Marine.

Over 8 kilometers long, it’s a paradise for sand yachts and runners. On a different note, you can enjoy the ocean with a stroll along the estacade. If you go all the way to the end (400 meters long), you’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the fishermen’s catch, or simply contemplate the panorama. It’s the ideal place for the whole family to play and stroll. You’ll also find plenty of shops, restaurants and night markets during your stay. For a family activity, head to the Océabul aquatic center. Facing the ocean, there’s something for everyone: a spa, water games, a 25-metre sports pool and a fun pool.
